The Air-Liner is a foam-based, reusable insert for tubeless tires designed to protect the rim, enhance grip and prevent punctures. The system provides unmatched bump compliance, while ensuring bead lock at lower pressures. In the event of air-loss, the Air-Liner insert is designed for run-flat use.

  • Air-Liner MTB features a round cross section with channels on the top and bottom providing room for a tunable air chambers, with full compatibility of all valve core styles
  • The round cross-section shape mimics the natural shape of the tire, and supports a greater contact area within the sidewalls of the tire casing. Side-to-side tire stability is increased, yet the tread remains soft and grippy
  • Size Medium fits 2.3-2.5" tires
  • Enhanced rim and tire protection, allows for lower tire pressures, and run-flat capability to always get you back home
  • Designed to be used with sealant – preferably without ammonia

I have these on Two high end Trail/enduro rigs. 27.5. Installed med. for a 2.4 fr & a 2.3 rr tires and they were noticeably heavier. But with the good comes the bad. So a lil extra weight equates to a lil extra Wattage spent. Meh. These things are Far superior than all the odder brands. Full on snakebite elimination or burping at very low pressures. 22/18 psi lo pressure. Also runflat. 100%. Unless you hemorrhage out your sealant. Goatheads be damned. Hundreds of them sticking nto the DHR II’s no loss of pressure just slow dissipation from well hundred of goatheads lol but full on bulletproof riding. If you race get two sets of wheels and run these for the resistance training and race without them or just one. And your golden. These are the best made highest quality. Machined not extruded per Vittoria. Eveny weighted. Sealant resistant. Rock garden resistant. If the weight bothers you just peddle harder. Ezpz.;

I run Air Liners in both front and rear tires. It's been great so far.. excellent damping and traction. I run my PSI very low now 22 up front and 24 in the back. No flats no loud dings and Colorado is rocky.

Best tire liner on the market.. !

I thought $88.20 was a pair instead it's for one liner. These don't snug and snap into the rims like cushcore but so far so good. I do big jumps and drops so far this seem to hold up well.

A little expensive but not as expensive as others because I'm not using the other brand because it's a pain in the @$$$ to install and not worth the frustration. The air liner because it fits more inside the tire instead of the rim makes installing them much easier. I got the medium size to use with my 2.35 tire. No tire levers needed. The air liner moves out of the way so the tire bead easily falls into the center channel of your rim. By the way my rim is a carbon with 32 millimeter internal width hard tail. The ride is definitely more soft but I'm still trying different tire pressures. Without the insert I usually ran the back tire at 21 pounds which for me felt quite firm on the trail and chattery on gravel. But with the air liner in at 21 pounds it felt softer. Maybe because the air volume is greatly reduced. So still trying to find that new tire pressure. Any ways so far very pleased and because it's so easy to install when it comes time to change the tire I won't hesitate to put it back in. Side note: I've also noticed that the air valve is no longer getting tire sealant in it. Thank God.
