More of an xc or cx pedal I used this on the tour divide and they performed perfectly. Great in muddy conditions.;

Always love them preferring them to look pedals that are harder to engage. I'm off the fastest from lights and you get 4 chances to lock into the pedal not the 1 on Look pedals;

Non male ma non sapevo occorressero i suoi attacchi specifici perchè spd non vanno bene lo sgancio non è regolabile (ho provato a guardale le istruzioni e non ho trovato come regolare la durezza );

Great pedal. I am using these on both Gravel bikes and my Mountain Bike.
The Type 3 have both the body and wings constructed of stainless steel. Type 2 the wings are stamped steel. For me ... the Type 3 snap-in sharper and hold firmer than the 2's. Both are good.
I would not recommend the Type 1.
