These are a 5 minute task; drop-in replacement for the worn jockey set. Improved shifting as mine were VERY worn/wobbly. The reason they are only 4 stars is value. For the money I would have liked some bling - like colored aluminum with sealed bearings or a cartridge bearing. Still I'd imagine they last a good long while even made of plastic/nylon as these are. Get them to be sure of the fit.;

Had the pulleys die and the carbon cage break when my rear 9 speed SRAM X.0 derailleur was sucked into my spokes after the hanger broke. Pulley work as good as new... which they are so that's expected.;
