Despite some initial confusion I was grateful to find this is indeed Tubus' Edelstahl Stainless Steel Tara at least from sellder TradeInn! Note that it ships from the Netherlands so if you're in the the Imperial Core (aka the USA) expect it to take a couple weeks. I had no problems mounting to my 1983 Bridgestone Antares LTD with the help of Tubus's LM1 Fork Adapters. The adapters are great too and allowed me a 90 degree angle optimal for pannier mounting. Thanks Tubus!
