In most cases, your claim is resolved within 48 hours.
365 Cycles warehouses 85% of our catalog. Most orders placed during the workweek before 12:00 PM ship the same day, but during peak/holiday season or depending on inventory location handling time can take up to 48 hours. If you have questions regarding shipping estimates, please contact us before placing the order. There is a direct signature requirement for all orders over $500.

We do our best to accommodate cancellation request but we do not guarantee we will be able to cancel your order if it has been processed through our warehouse. The prices on are website are set to active pricing. This means we are always giving you the best price possible. If we are able to lower the price because of product or shipping discounts we are receiving then we will pass that onto you. Prices may fluctuate and we do not offer a Price Guarantee so if the price changes after you have made a purchase there will not be a refund issued. The purchase price is accurate for the time you placed the order.

If you simply need to return your order, we will accept the return within 30 days. The product must be in the original, intact packaging and show no signs of installation or use.
