365 Cycles is an authorized dealer for everything we sell. That means all new items you buy from us get the full manufacturer's warranty. That’s an added bonus because you get to talk to our wonderful customer service agents so they can fix whatever you have going on. Best way to handle a warranty is to contact us through email or call us at 603-968-5797. We will most likely need photos and a description of the issue. Once we get that information you can rest assured that 365 Cycles is going straight to work to ensure you get back on your bike!
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Depending on the items and warehouse location, most orders placed during the workweek before 11am will ship the same day, but in rare cases (peak season / holiday periods) handling time can take up to 48 hours. If you have questions regarding shipping estimates, please let us know prior to placing your order.
If you need to cancel your order please call us at 603-968-5797. We do our best to accommodate cancellation request but we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel your order if it has been processed through our warehouse.
First and foremost if we make a mistake we pay for shipping both ways to make it right. If you are unsure regarding the fit of a component, part, or measuring terminology, please call us before placing your order for assistance -- we're here to help! However, if you placed an order and need to make a return, 365 Cycles will accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Product must be in the same condition as it arrived to your front door. If you are looking to make a return for a refund, please use our form below. Please note, we do not cover return shipping costs unless an order was fulfilled in error.
